Registration Instructions:
When you make your selections please e-mail the training support staff at the following address:
Each time you make a training request you must e-mail your request as follows:
- Name of participant
- Address of Participant (not the providers address)
- Contact information of participant (not the providers phone number)
- Provider name if not participant
- Training requested
- Date of training
You will then receive an e-mail confirming your request within 72 hours of receipt of the training request - please bring your receipt with you as your confirmation of your registration.
