Area 14 is currently recruiting providers for Residential Habilitation (Group Home
Intensive and Behavior Focused), Adult Day Training - Facility Based, Adult
Dental, Behavior Analysis Levels 1 - 3, Behavior Assistance, Chore, Companion,
Environmental Accessibility Adaptations, In-Home Supports, Medication Review,
Personal Care, Residential Habilitation (Non-facility based), Respite Care,
Support Coordination, and Transportation services.
Family and Supported Living Waiver: Environmental Adaptation, Adult Day Training
- Facility, Support Coordination, Supported Employment, Supported Living, and
Transportation services.
