Supported Employment(SE) and Supported Living (SL) Service Provider's Quarterly Meetings dates:
All meetings will take place at 401 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, in Room North 423
All SE meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m.
All SL meetings will begin at 1:00 p.m.
SE Coaches, SL Coaches ,Waiver Support Coordinators and all other providers serving Consumers receiving SE or SL services are invited to attend these meetings.

- Respiratory Therapy/Assessment
- Speech Therapy/Assessment
Please review the requirements in the Developmental Disabilities Coverage and Limitations Handbook to ensure you have the Training and Experience for the Services you desire to provide. If you meet at least the minimum qualifying requirements we invite you to register for the New Provider Orientation Training.
