Area 4 > Area 4 Training Registration
Registration is a Three Step Process:
Your Contact Information
Please provide the requested information in this section. ( see Figure 1)
If a field is marked by '*' the information is required
Class Selection
Please place a checkmark in the box next to the classes that you wish to register for (see Figure 2)
You may select one or all of the available classes
If a class is preceeded by 'CLASS FULL' then registration for that class is no longer available
Submit
After you have completed Steps 1 and 2 please select the 'Send Form' button at the bottom of the page (see Figure 3)
Once you have selected 'Send Form' your information will be sent to the APD office.
