Documentation Requirements

OBJECTIVE: Mandatory for enrolled HCBS waiver provider owners, directors and employees This training will focus on the Six W's of Documentation. We will give providers a practical method to provide an accurate account of the services, supports, and assistance that you provide for your consumers. We will show you the best practice to decrease the time spent, while increasing the quality of your documentation. This training will prepare you for a successful Delmarva monitoring.
