CDC+ Refresher Training

Participant Refresher Training

As a participant in the Agency for Persons with Disabilities Consumer Directed Care Plus (CDC+) Program, it is your responsibility to remain current on information and changes within the program.  Each participant or their representative must successfully complete the Participant Refresher Training. The goal is to provide general and current updated information on the CDC+ Program.  Allow approximately 60 minutes to complete this training.

Open the online program CDC+ Participant Refresher Training and view each section in order.  Throughout the training presentation, you will actively participate in a Refresher Review at the end of each section.  If needed, the program allows you the ability to stop at the completion of any section and return to complete the program.  At the end of the presentation, you will take a Readiness Review.  Answer the Readiness Review questions and then complete the registration.  Be sure to include all relevant ID Numbers on the registration.  Your answers and registration information will be forwarded to CDC+ Central Office.  The Readiness Review will be scored and retained as a record of training.  Viewing this presentation, completing the Readiness Review and passing with 85% or better are program requirements.  Successful completion will result in a Certification of Completion sent to the trainee from CDC+ Central Office.  Failure to pass will result in a Readiness Review retake.  It is important to keep a copy of your certificate in all CDC+ record files for future audits.

A text-only alternative version of each training section is available below as well as a complete full text Storyboard narration.
