Special Notice – Customer Service Hours for May 1-15 Payroll
Due to ongoing after-hours construction at APD Central Office, CDC+ Customer Service staff must leave the building on weekdays at 5 p.m. Therefore, Customer Service will be available from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 16, to accept payroll submissions via telephone. Customer Service staff will also be available from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, to accept payroll submissions via telephone. We appreciate your kind cooperation during this temporary change in hours.
As always, consumers and their representatives with Internet access are encouraged to enter payroll via the CDC+ Web site. Web entry for the pay period ending May 15 begins at 5 p.m. on May 15 and ends at 7 p.m. on May 17. Payment for Web or phone entries made after 7 p.m. on the 17th will be delayed until the following pay period.
