Family and Supported Living (FSL) Waiver Amendments

Effective July 1, 2005, the following changes were made to the FSL Waiver:

Children may now receive services from the FSL Waiver.

Behavioral services may now be funded through the FSL waiver. Behavioral services include an initial assessment, behavior assistant and behavior analysis services. Effective immediately, the cap for behavioral services for individuals on the FSL is set at $4,500, inclusive. This cap may be exceeded with the approval of the area program administrator so long as the total annual cost plan does not exceed $14,282.
