Enable at least 50% of adults (18-55), who are clients of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and receiving any day service, such as Adult Day Training (ADT), Nonresidential Supports and Services (NRSS) or in any integrated community employment setting as of 7/1/2004, to achieve integrated employment by 7/1/09."
