Florida Business Leadership Network
The primary purpose of the Florida Business Leadership Network (FBLN) is to promote diversity policies that include people with disabilities and hiring practices that target candidates with disabilities. The FBLN serves as an information clearinghouse by providing employers with disability employment resources and local FBLN chapters with general information and networking opportunities for sharing best practices. Florida has used some of its Medicaid Infrastructure Grant funding to establish or support 14 BLNs in Florida.
United States Business Leadership Network
The US Business Leadership Network (USBLN®) is the national business organization currently representing BLN chapters in 32 states and more than 5000 employers using a “business to business” strategy to promote the business imperative of including people with disabilities in the workforce.
