Organizationally, Sunland's Chief Administrative Officer is the Superintendent who utilizes the team approach and Total Quality Management principles for managing quality services delivered to the individuals we serve. The Superintendent provides day-to-day support and leadership to all components of the service delivery system. Directors of all major departments comprise the Leadership Team that is chaired by the Superintendent. The Leadership Team role is to set the direction and priorities to ensure Sunland continues to provide quality services and be recognized as a leader in service provision to developmentally disabled individuals.
