The Human Resources Department is committed to providing a variety of services to more than eight hundred and fifty employees at Sunland in a professional, consistent and timely manner. These services include coordination of employee benefits, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, classification and pay issues, along with many other employee related issues that may arise. The staff in Human Resources strives to be an essential and effective partner to ensure that Sunland continues to accomplish their mission to the residents that we serve and the State of Florida.
The Human Resources Department continues to assist employees and applicants with the People First System to ensure they receive the best possible service available.
