The following Orders are provided to allow the public to see how the Agency has disposed of issues that have come before the Agency. These Orders consist of the Final Order rendered by the Agency after a hearing conducted by an Administrative Law Judge as well as the associated Recommended Order issued by the Administrative Law Judge. The Orders have been redacted to delete any information that could be used to identify any specific APD client. This file contains Orders rendered since January 1, 2009. Technical and ministerial orders have not been included.
