Facilitating Choice For Consumers

OBJECTIVE: This is a mandatory course for owners, directors and employees of Agencies APD recommends this class for all providers such as Med-Waiver Support Coordinators, Supported Living Coaches, Residential Habilitation, Supported Employment, ADT Providers, etc. This training is for providers that plan with consumers on outcomes and goals. We will discuss the realities and risks of choice and the difficulty involved in supporting people in making choices who lack that experience.
