Disability Employment | |
| On October 4, Attorney General Pam Bondi plans to introduce a resolution for Governor Scott and the Cabinet to consider declaring the month of October as Disability Employment Awareness Month in Florida. Disability organizations, along with state agencies that serve people with disabilities, will be on hand to accept the resolution. |

Florida Medicaid Home and Community Based Settings Rule Statewide Transition Plan | |
| The Agency for Health Care Administration (Agency) is submitting the Statewide Transition Plan to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in compliance with the Home and Community-Based (HCB) Settings Rule (CMS 2249-F). |

| On August 17, Fun Coast Down Syndrome Association (FCDSA) in Flagler County opened its doors to the community to introduce the Camp I Can Enrichment Center. Camp I Can is a therapeutic learning program where parents are taught alongside students to enhance reading skills, math skills, and assist with socialization skills through planned activities. |
