DDDP Resident Earns His GED

The Developmental Disabilities Defendant Program in Chattahoochee recently received some very exciting news about one of its residents. Resident Jalen Thomas has successfully earned his General Equivalency Degree (GED) from the Gadsden County Board of Education!

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Jalen remained focused on his goal and saw it through to the finish line. DDDP held a special graduation ceremony and celebration to recognize his achievement.

While the primary focus of DDDP is competency restoration, the facility also features programs designed to address both the educational goals and socialization needs of their temporary residents.
