Special Olympics Facebook Group
The Special Olympics Florida Fit and Well Facebook group was created in March 2020 as a way to provide resources and promote community when in-person events were suspended. More than a year later, the group boasts nearly 2000 athletes, family members, and volunteers who participate in ongoing health and fitness challenges and attend virtual classes. It is a place for Special Olympics Florida athletes to share their challenges and successes, receive encouragement, and for all of us to have a positive place to connect with others on our journey to well-being.
