Rule Workshop Scheduled

A Rule Hearing for 65G-14.001 and 14.002, F.A.C., has been scheduled for February 15, 2021, at 10 a.m. EST. A rule hearing has been scheduled based on a Notice of Change for Rules 65G-14.001 and 14.002, F.A.C., published in the Florida Administrative Registrar on February 1, 2021, in Volume 47, Number 20. Attendees may register for the hearing at: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8874588669460504848. After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to allow the public to offer comments and ask questions regarding the proposed rule changes. Written public comments will be accepted by the Agency until February 15, 2021, at 5 p.m. EST.
