Public Transportation and Transportation Disadvantaged Legislative Awareness Day
The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) attended this year’s Public Transportation and Transportation Disadvantaged Legislative Awareness Day at the Capitol on March 16.
APD team members enjoyed the sunshine in the Capitol Courtyard as they shared information and resources for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Businesses and organizations from across the state made the trip to show their support for this important and necessary service. Attendees were able to try out accessible vehicles on-site. It was a wonderful legislative awareness day!
