- Important Orientation for All Waiver Support Coordinators/Providers/Consumers & All Interested Parties:
New Delmarva Contract / New Delmarva Tools
Come to one of only two Orientation Trainings scheduled in Area 13 on the New Discovery Process at the Wildwood Community Center on Feb. 26th to learn about the new tools and process you will be reviewed/evaluated by starting shortly in 2010. It is being offered by the Delmarva Foundation-Florida Team so you will not want to miss it!!! Additional Information and Directions

Area Training Information
Registration Procedures:
Each time register you will be asked to electronically complete a form and submit it to the Area Office for processing. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your request within 72 hours of receipt of the training request. If you have not received a confirmation within 72 hours please call the Area Trainer at (352) 330- 2732 to check the status of your request. Please bring your receipt with you to training as your confirmation of your registration.

Applying for Services
People who have or might have a Developmental Disability may apply for
services at any time by calling the Agency for Persons with Disabilities in
their Area. Referrals can be made by concerned relatives, friends or others
may apply on behalf of a person that they believe has a Developmental
Disability. Please contact the State Support Coordinator representing the
county in which you live for additional information or to apply for services.
