State Institutional Claims Program

The State Institutional Claims Program provides restitution for property damages and/or direct medical expenses for injuries caused by a resident of any developmental disabilities center or state institution under the supervision of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. (See Section 402.181, Florida Statutes) This includes Tacachale, Sunland Center, the Developmental Disabilities Defendant Program, and Pathways.
