APD > Supported Living

Supported Living Coaches (SLCs) provide training and assistance services to help adults with developmental disabilities gain the skills that they need to live independently in their own homes or apartments. SLCs may provide support with finding housing, home maintenance, budgeting, meal planning, community integration, and other areas of daily living. Additionally, SLCs offer 24 hours a day, seven days a week emergency response services for their clients.
