• APD iConnect Overview of the Provider Record (required for all agency owners)
• APD iConnect Electronic Visit Verification (required for all EVV users)
• APD iConnect Electronic Visit Verification Manager Role (required for all agency owners and staff assigned the Provider EVV manager role)
• APD iConnect Provider Documentation (recommended EVV Exempt staff)
