Will WSCs be directly educating/technically supporting parents and individuals in APD iConnect?
- APD will provide some training and technical assistance to clients. As the Consumer/Caregiver Portal launch date approaches, APD will determine the best way to disseminate information regarding portal access and usage. WSCs will be key in this process.
