July 30 Updates
WSCs & APD Staff
- Services that typically only occur once a year, such as assessments, can now be included in the Cost Plan without complication.
- A correction was made so that Special Medical Home Care planned services can be included in the Cost Plan without complication.
- When transitioning services from the Medicaid State Plan to the waiver due to aging out, WSCs can establish planned services prior to a consumer’s 21st birthday when the begin date of the service is on or after the 21st birthday.
WSCs
- The Person-Centered Support Plan printable output was changed to pull WSCs' email addresses from worker records and pull legal status from consumer demographics.
- An issue with the medication name display on the Person-Centered Support Plan has been corrected.
- The Person-Centered Support Plan printable output was changed to print medications from the form instead of the medications tab.
July 23 Updates
WSCs & APD Staff
- A correction was made to a provider rate type for CDC+ Providers so that CDC+ plans will not encounter an issue passing validation.
- The comment field on Plan Details was changed to read-only for all groups. Users will add updates on pending plan reviews in Cost Plan Review Notes.
- Unnecessary fields were removed in the Additional Information section of Consumer Demographics.
- An enhancement was made that adds new values to SAN status and a new note subtype to streamline the SAN review process.
WSCs
- An issue with missing procedure codes for Residential Habilitation – ALF day and month was resolved.
- An issue with missing demographic data on CDC+ Consumers' AIM has been resolved.
- When a Consumer is disenrolled from CDC+, the WSC will receive a new tickler and is directed to a new Plan Details page to create an APD Waiver plan.
- The "Save and Duplicate” menu option on the consumer medication screen has been removed.
July 16 Updates
WSCs & APD Staff
- A correction was made to a plan validation rule that prevents an issue with transportation when there is more than one provider.
- “Terminated” was removed from planned services status lookup options to prevent accidental cancellations or rejections in FMMIS.
- An update was made to change "Number of Days extended" to read "Period of Time Needed" on a temporary SAN.
- An update was made that removes the ability for WSCs to add or duplicate a plan without a Work Flow Wizard, reducing the risk of having planned services not correctly linked to the consumer budget.
WSCs and Providers
- An update was made that prevents WSCs and providers from submitting claims in APD iConnect before this feature is launched.
WSCs
- A fix was implemented that allows the Plan Validation report to be viewable by WSCs.
July 9 Updates
WSCs & APD Staff
- The begin date on the planned services screen was made read-only after a prior authorization number is assigned to prevent a FMMIS rejection error. If it has to be changed, the WSC should contact their Regional Liaison.
- An enhancement was made that allows a WSC agency to add a supervisor to existing worker records.
- Changes were made to the cost field on the WSC SAN service record to correct a validation error.
- An enhancement was made to the Plans queue that allows APD to prioritize plan reviews by submission date
