October 22 Updates
All Users

  • The increase in Respite rates and updates to planned services, budget, and authorizations are now reflected in the system.
  • The Notes field on Provider Documentation is now rich text format, allowing providers to copy their service log forms and paste into the Notes field.

WSCs and APD Staff

  • The “Pending” status value for WSCs has been removed.
  • The “Hearing Request Date” has been added to SAN Details.
  • The “Resubmit Date” field has been added to document when WSCs return SANs with corrections made.
  • The “RAI Date” field on SAN Details has been added to document when an RAI is issued.
  • The Auth ID on Planned Services grid view is now displayed. It is hidden on the expanded planned services grid view.

WSCs

  • The Service Authorization report in APD iConnect has been disabled. WSCs should run the report from iBudget per WSC Advisory 2020-024.

October 8 Updates
WSCs and APD Staff

  • The Auth Status field on the Authorizations tab has been removed. WSCs can see the status of an authorized service by opening an authorization record and reviewing the individual record.
  • An issue with editing contacts on the Consumer Contacts tab has been corrected.

  • Plans will validate with the correct living setting on the demographics screen.

WSCs

  • WSCs are now able to copy and paste from an email into the WSC Session Note on Provider Documentation.
