What should a Regional Liaison do if they are trying to assign a WSC a new consumer in APD iConnect, but the Regional Liaison is unable to find the WSC?

  • The Regional Liaison needs to contact the WSC to see if they have ever accessed APD iConnect before. If the WSC does not have their credentials to access APD iConnect, they need to contact the APD IT Support Desk to begin the process. If the WSC is already using APD iConnect but is no longer showing up, the Regional Liaison should call the APD iConnect Support Desk at 1-800-353-5168 to create a ticket.
