Signatures
How will signatures be obtained on documents like the support plan, HCBS Medicare Waiver Eligibility Work Sheet, AIM, Implementation Plans, etc.?
- APD iConnect does not have functionality for electronic signatures. Documents requiring consumer/legal representative signatures will be scanned and uploaded into the consumer record. APD is exploring options to add this functionality in the future.
