What if an APD staff member closed out an APD iConnect Note prematurely (user accidently marked a Note as complete)?

  • The user needs the status of this Note to be changed back to pending, so they can keep working on it. They should call the APD iConnect Support Desk at 1-800-353-5168 to create a ticket to unlock the Note.
