Documentation
Are providers able to add a service log from a different date? How many days after the service can they add service logs?

There is no change to the Handbook requirements for documentation. Providers are able to add their documentation when it works best for them. A separate Provider Documentation record (service log) is required for each date of service. In the future when the claims functionality goes live in APD iConnect, providers will have to ensure the documentation is completed prior to submitting billing.
