What if two or more caregivers provide services for a consumer in one day in different shifts. Is that going to cause problems with service logs?

Service logs created in the Provider Documentation tab of a consumer's record can be left in Pending status, so the next staff person can add his/her information. There can be only one Provider Documentation record per day. However, they can be multiple times of delivery within the same day/record.
