If you are a solo provider and you have a back-up worker, how will you give them access?

It is important that the WSC has identified a back-up provider to render services if the solo provider becomes unavailable. However, the WSC will need to give the other provider access either by creating an authorizaton or by adding a Provider Selection record. Regardless, the solo provider will not be able to "see" the other provider to assign them as an EVV Worker.
