Can we start completing information for Residential Habilitation or other services already in APD iConnect?

APD appreciates the enthusiasm of providers wishing to embrace the full functionality of APD iConnect. However, at this time the pilot is focusing only on the tasks needed to help providers prepare for EVV implementation. Resources are not available to assist providers with other functionalities, nor has training been provided. Therefore, we ask that you focus your efforts on EVV scheduling and adding Provider Documentation records for service logs for Respite and Personal Supports.
