With the electronic documentation, will the agency still need to keep copies in the office for Qlarant reviews?

Providers will continue to need to maintain paper documentation for other waiver services other than Personal Supports and Respite for Qlarant review. At the time of the Qlarant review, providers may show Qlarant the documentation entered in APD iConnect for Personal Supports and Respite instead of keeping a paper copy.
