EVV - Serving Multiple Customers
If three people live together (serving 1:3 ratio), and in the morning two go to ADT so now one is at 1:1, does the provider have to clock in/out in real time?

Service ratios are tied to an authorization, so the EVV worker will have to create a service delivery for each ratio (authorization) that is used during the day.
