EVV - Serving Multiple Customers

What if a service has always been at a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio, but the authorization is for a 1:1 ratio?

  • If the provider notices a discrepancy between the authorization and how the service is delivered, they should immediately contact the WSC for the consumer(s) and request a correction. The APD iConnect EVV mobile site will not allow a provider to start a delivery for more than one consumer unless all consumers have the same ratio on their authorizations.
