How are providers being prepared now for their "go live" date?
- APD is working with provider stakeholders to begin the process of communicating with the provider network. In time, APD will work directly with regions to open dialogues with providers and begin training with them. APD will be attending provider meetings that are part of the regional schedule to provide more information. As the provider launch date gets closer there will be training modules available online and classroom training scheduled.
