EVV - Workers and Roles
The EVV Manager will be able to bill the service as soon as the EVV notes (service logs) are reviewed and completed. Does it make sense for EVV Manager to have this function or the billing agent?

It is not appropriate for a billing agent to have this level of access to consumer data. The APD iConnect system is set up for the Provider EVV Manager role to have this function. This role is responsible for reviewing the service delivery documentation and resolving any violations. Once the violations are cleared, submission of billing is just a few clicks away.
