Since there is not an option for a monthly summary in Provider Documentation for Personal Supports, how should we capture that information?

A monthly summary is not required for Personal Supports per the current Handbook. However, APD will work with our contractor to add monthly summary in Provider Documentation for services that do require a monthly summary.
