Can workers make a service log complete rather than pending on the EVV mobile site or only in APD iConnect?

The worker cannot update the status of an EVV activity before uploading it to APD iConnect. The default setting is for EVV activity records to be uploaded in pending status. Additionally, unlike service logs where the workers will use the same record for the entire day, in the EVV mobile site, the workers will create a new record for each delivery during the day (at shift change, for example).
