Is there a standardized form for service logs/fields that would satisfy Qlarant? Can there be monthly summary option in other services (as they come on board) to address Qlarant issues?

Yes, when a monthly summary is added, it would be for all services that require a monthly summary. There are no plans at this time to standardize the data elements in the note field on the Provider Documentation screen, where service log data is entered. APD is working with Qlarant and providing training for Qlarant reviewers so they will know where to find information when they conduct their reviews.
