How long does APD iConnect keep documents?

  • To our knowledge there is no time limit on how long documents are maintained/accessible. However, if a provider is terminated by a consumer, the provider will not be able to access the consumer’s information once the authorization is ended. WSCs and Qlarant will be able to access the information in the consumer’s record.
