EVV - System Support and Learning Resources

Is there a 24/7 helpline or should a provider email the helpdesk and wait for reply?

  • There is no 24/7 helpline. Any issues should be reported to 800-353-5168. If the issue impacts service delivery, workers can proceed with delivering the service and document on paper. The Provider EVV Manager can manually add the delivery later and should reference the helpdesk ticket number in their violation justification.
