If I start a delivery, exit the system, and then want to log back in to the EVV mobile site, how do I find the delivery again?

The EVV mobile site is designed to log you out after a few minutes of inactivity. The delivery is running even though you are logged out. When you log back in to end the delivery, check Current Deliveries to open the running delivery and end it. You can also go directly to the consumer page in the mobile site and you will see the delivery in progress for them.

If an employee is sharing a device with another employee, and one person logs in before the previous person logs out, and they clear the cache, they will lose any deliveries in progress. It is better if the exiting employee logs back in and ends/uploads their current deliveries before the next employee logs in.
