EVV - Overview

What is the process for entering service logs for employees who are waiting for ID PASS authentication to be completed and therefore cannot access the EVV mobile site?

  • There are two options:

    1. Staff can continue to use paper service logs.
    2. The Provider EVV Manager can manually add an EVV activity record based on the paper service logs.

    In either instance, the EVV worker must have a helpdesk ticket in their name and, as soon as they have access to the EVV mobile site, they must immediately begin using the EVV mobile site.
