Training
Does each employee putting data in iConnect need to take the Train Florida courses or can staff be trained by other employees who have been through training?
- Page B-2 in iBudget states "For the purpose of APD iConnect Training only, provider staff, management staff, and solo providers enrolled before the promulgation of this handbook will have 90 days from the date of the notice of training being posted on the agency’s website to complete the training. 1 New provider staff, management staff, and solo providers enrolled and hired to render services after the promulgation of this rule must be in compliance with the rule". Please refer to the Provider Library for the specific iConnect courses in TRAIN Florida for the service the user is providing.
