Will agency owners be able to see what each service worker is entering before it is sent or seen by WSC and other officials?
- As soon as documentation is entered, it is available for the WSC to see. However, agency owners are able to communicate to WSCs their QA plan for reviewing service worker documentation for accuracy and completeness.
