Documentation
For nursing services, will we create nursing assessment, care plans, and nursing notes in APD iConnect? Or will we be able to upload our own files (PDF or Word) into APD iConnect?
- Nursing progress notes will have to be completed in the Provider Documentation section of the consumer's record. However, as assessments and care plans are not currently forms existing within APD iConnect, nurses will be able to upload them and add them to their notes.
