Do you have to go into each tab each day or does a notification come up when things come in for the referrals for client or for the CAP tab?
- The My Dashboard within APD iConnect gives providers information regarding whether or not they have new referrals, new authorizations, notes, ticklers, etc. It is recommended that providers log in to APD iConnect at least daily to check their My Dashboard.
