What's the process for when a provider is terminated?
- Once they are done, they won’t have access to that consumer's record. They could still send the WSC documents, and WSCs can add these to the consumer’s record. WSCs will have ability to determine what date to end a provider's access to consumer's record. They don’t need access to a consumer record to submit a claim or submit a bill, but they might need to finish logs. If it's a provider change, they will have time to finish paperwork.
